01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 999win platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Your continued use of 999win constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any updates made to them.

These Terms apply to all users of the 999win platform regardless of location, device, or method of access. They operate alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and 999win. You should read all three documents before registering.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 999win platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are aged 18 or over. 999win reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds — including any winnings — may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one account on 999win at any given time. Multiple accounts held by the same person, at the same household address, or using the same payment method constitute a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, 999win reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed, and potentially withhold funds pending investigation.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 999win account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure without refund. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

03 Account Security

Your 999win account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must keep your login details confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances. 999win will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our support team immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your 999win account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 999win immediately at support@999win-vip.com. 999win will investigate and take appropriate action, but cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

• Use a strong, unique password for your 999win account that you do not use elsewhere.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Enable any two-factor authentication options offered by the platform.
• Never share your account access with family members, friends, or third-party betting services.

04 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on 999win are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currencies and no conversion fees. Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and potential account suspension. This policy exists to protect players and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Instant in most cases.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Typically within 1–2 hours depending on your bank.
• Visa / Mastercard: Instant to 30 minutes.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 999win balance may be requested at any time, subject to account verification and the minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 1,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (or a verified alternative if the original method is unavailable), and only to an account registered in your own name.

Before your first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter — 999win may require KYC verification. This is a standard process and is in place to protect all players. Failure to provide requested documents will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: 10–30 minutes after approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 1–4 hours after approval.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days.

Bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to the specific bonus terms for each promotion. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time (subject to the above conditions).

06 Bonuses & Promotions

999win offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotions to registered players. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and any other bonus-specific conditions are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page and should be read carefully before claiming any offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• 999win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds already credited will remain subject to original wagering requirements.
• Bets placed with bonus funds on certain game categories (as specified in individual promotion terms) may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements.
• 999win reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has exploited a promotion in bad faith.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 999win are provided by licensed third-party game developers and use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game rules, Return to Player (RTP) percentages, and any relevant gameplay mechanics are disclosed within each individual game interface. Players are encouraged to review these details before wagering.

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnections, software malfunctions, or network interruptions — 999win will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle bets fairly. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the affected bet amount will be credited back to the player's 999win balance.

999win does not guarantee the availability of any specific game at any time. Game titles may be removed, updated, or temporarily suspended for maintenance or licensing reasons without prior notice. No compensation is due to players for the removal of any game title.

Crash Game Provably Fair

For crash game titles on 999win that operate on a provably fair basis, the crash point for each round is determined by a cryptographic algorithm before the round begins. Players may independently verify the integrity of any round using the seed information disclosed after each round completes.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999win platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using false, incomplete, or misleading identity information.
• Depositing funds from a third-party payment method not registered in your name.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to place bets automatically.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in 999win's system to obtain funds or advantages not intended by the platform.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any multiplayer game.
• Using the 999win platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the 999win platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Providing your account access to a third-party betting service or advisory.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 999win staff or other players.

09 Responsible Gaming

999win is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide a comprehensive range of self-management tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at any time through the account settings section of the 999win platform.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your 999win account.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, with optional alerts when you are approaching your limit.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) without closing it permanently.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

999win reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been violated, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

In cases where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of Terms, 999win will conduct an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any funds held in the account may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and funds returned.

Players may also voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting 999win support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds are settled.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. 999win may notify the account holder before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and contacting support.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999win platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and software — is the property of 999win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any 999win content without prior written permission. Scraping, mirroring, or systematically extracting data from the 999win platform is strictly prohibited. The 999win name, logo, and brand are registered trademarks and may not be used without explicit authorisation.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999win's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

999win is not liable for: losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control; losses caused by a player's failure to follow these Terms; indirect, consequential, or special damages; or any loss of profits, revenue, or opportunity. 999win does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party service failures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

999win reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect (except where changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons).

Continued use of 999win after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure. Your continued use after the notification period has passed will be treated as full acceptance.
